2025 Black August Kick-Off | Grounding with BOLD

In partnership with BOLD (Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity), we’re grounding ourselves in the legacy of Black August with an intro to the month’s meaning, followed by a somatics and embodied leadership practice to help us enter this time with intention as we honor the revolutionary spirit of those who came before us.

This is an invitation to connect, reflect, and prepare ourselves for the work ahead: to study, fast, train, and fight.
